Max's Suppluments

Max's gym supplements
A very well known brand throughout the gym scene!
After signing up for Max's 12 week challenge I had to find the right supplements to suite my personal goals. These supplements were perfect!
This package was a special and all up costing $265 (free shaker) ;)
- this was purchased from Vitamin King, an Australian online supplement store, who sell supplements affordably cheap!
-Max's SuperSize
A mass gainer protein, I chose banana cream flavour which is absolutely delicious!
Taken with low fat milk this gives you 54 grams of protein per serve, or 34 in water.
This has been great at helping me out on some size which has been forever difficult with my long and tall body frame.

-Max's Nitetime
A protein blend containing Casein, a slow release protein and also containing medium release protein. The Nitetime mix releases the protein to your body over 7 hours and also contains amino acids to spike hormone release and also contains calming herbs to help you get the best sleep you can to allow your muscles to recover properly.
I always seem to get a better nights sleep and wake up feeling well rested and refreshed! I chose vanilla flavour for this protein which is delicious with milk.

-Max's Cre8 Carnage
This creatine is by far the most advanced I have found, 8 different types of creatine that are absorbed into the muscles very fast and are long lasting.
This creatine blend also contains Beta Alanine and Histidine which combine to form Carnosine, a powerful buffer that reduces lactic acidosis (the production of hydrogen lons) which causes muscle fatigue.
This basically means you will not become as fatigued between sets or workouts, which I have definitely experienced while using this creatine, I've been able to squeeze out those last reps I never thought possible!
It also contains Arginine Alphaketoglutarate which helps to the creatine to the muscle cells faster for even better results!
Also being flavourless this makes it really easy to consume with your protein shake or with juice!

-Max's hybrid BCAA's 10:1:1
This BCAA mix contains 3 different types of amino acids the body cannot produce that are essential for muscles growth and development. They are L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. MAX’S BCAA 10:1:1 is pure BCAA’s. It contains no sugars, flavours, sweeteners, or other additives, just pure BCAA’s to switch on protein synthesis.
This has worked very well for me, I take it after every workout with a flavoured drink (tastes pretty average with just water, I have it with Gatorade). It has helped to reduce my recovery time and has me ready to workout again in no time!

-Max's NAGG

Hard training really stresses your system, which in turn has a major affect on your Glutamine metabolism. Glutamine provides fuel for your immune system, digestive system, and most importantly it is an essential fuel for your brain. When under stress, these body systems work overtime, which can quickly deplete Glutamine stores. Simply put, the more stressed you are or the harder you train, the more Glutamine you need. If you don't add the Glutamine you need to your system your body will start to catabolise the muscles you have recently trained to get Glutamine, which is definitely not what you want! I find this always keeps me feeling 100% and stops my body getting rid or muscles I've worked so hard to gain!

If you're looking for a supplement range that has it all, with extremely high quality products, then look no further!
